My dears, Today is the first day of our journey towards a better and stronger body - train 10 minutes every day for the next year. This beginning is not only about training, but also about the decision to dedicate ourselves to our health and well-being.
Today we headed to our mini gym. Ten minutes of active work was like the first step on the way to the top of the mountain. We feel the pulse quickening, the muscles waking up and the energy taking over us.
Every day is a new opportunity to start. It is important that you return to your goals every day and do not give up.
Coaching is not reserved only for the chosen ones. Anyone can train, regardless of their current form or condition. Ten minutes every day are enough to feel the changes, to strengthen the body and mind.
