Mlinci are most often prepared from flour and water dough, which is first baked, then broken into smaller pieces and topped with various sauces or soups. Homemade grinders can be adapted in different ways, and one of the variants you mentioned is making a grinder from sweet potatoes and pumpkin seeds.

Here is a simple recipe for homemade sweet potato and pumpkin seed grinder:

Ingredients
- Homemade grinders (you can prepare them yourself or buy them ready-made)
- 1 large sweet potato (chopped into smaller cubes)
- 1 cup of pumpkin seeds (peeled and toasted)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Freshly chopped parsley for sprinkling (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare homemade grinders according to the instructions in the recipe or buy ready-made grinders in the store.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped sweet potato and simmer until soft and lightly browned, about 10-15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. While the sweet potato is frying, toast the pumpkin seeds in a dry pan over medium heat until they take on a slightly golden brown color. Be careful not to burn.

4. Add the toasted sweet potato to the pan with the stewed sweet potatoes and mix well.

5. At the end, add the prepared homemade millets to the same pan and mix well so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

6. Serve the Mlince with sweet potato and pumpkin seeds warm, sprinkled with freshly chopped parsley if desired.

This combination of sweet potatoes and pumpkin seeds will add rich flavor and texture to homemade smoothies, creating a delicious and filling meal. You can adjust the recipe by adding other favorite spices or vegetables as desired. Enjoy your meal!
